As a rule, our group cannot provide medical services in foreign languages. We recommend that you come to the clinic with someone who can interpret for you.
If you are not accompanied by an interpreter, or even if you are accompanied by an interpreter, there is a possibility that medical care may not be provided safely due to inadequate interpretation or other reasons. In such cases, we may use our designated interpreting services (dispatched medical interpreters, telephone interpreters, etc.) or translation devices. The use of interpreting services may incur costs, which are to be borne by the patient.
