Our response to COVID-19
Our efforts to prevent infection
- All patients admitted to the hospital are subjected to PCR testing prior to admission.
- We request that you take your temperature twice a day, morning and evening, starting 3 days prior to admission.
People who are not allowed to come to our hospital
Our hospital has a number of outpatients and inpatients with a high risk of developing serious illness in the event of COVID-19 infection, such as the elderly and those with underlying medical conditions. If any of the following applies to you, we will not allow you to come to our hospital:
- People infected with COVID-19
- Those up to Day 7 (inclusive) with Day 0 being the date of onset of symptoms
- Those whose symptoms have not yet resolved even after 8 days of onset
- People living with a person infected with COVID-19
- Those up to Day 7 (inclusive) with Day 0 being the date of onset of COVID-19 in the person living with you
Our requests to you when coming to our hospital
Before coming to our hospital, please check if any of the following applies to you. If yes, please contact us.
- Currently you have the following symptoms:
- Fever or slight fever sensation
- Cough
- Sore throat
- Difficulty breathing
- Sense of fatigue
- Abnormal sense of smell or taste
- Diarrhea or abdominal pain
- Family members, co-workers, or others in the same environment currently have the above symptoms.
- On the day of your visit, please check your temperature before coming to the hospital.
- Please wear a mask when you come to the hospital.
- No one, including family and friends, is allowed to visit inpatients. Accompanying persons are allowed only on the first floor and basement of the hospital.
